Where I am, and how to reach me

The studio is in via dell’Annunciata, in Milan, between Brera and Porta Nuova. I see people by appointment: a phone call or a message is enough.

If you are writing about a job

To work out whether I can be useful, and how quickly, I need very little. It does not have to be tidy:

where the house or the premises are; how big, even roughly; and, if one exists, the floor plan — a photograph of a sheet of paper will do, or the land registry plan.

Then tell me what bothers you about the place and what you would like to do with it. Those two things together are worth more than a list of rooms.

How it starts

The first meeting tells us whether the job stands up, roughly what the work might cost and how long it will take.

Distance is not a problem — if anything it is one reason more. I have worked in Brazil, in the United States, in Mexico and in Dubai.

What I do with your data

The form above collects your name, telephone number and email address, whatever you write in the notes, and the kind of meeting, the day and the time you chose. I use them only to reply to you and arrange the appointment: that is why you gave them to me, and I have no other purpose.

The form is handled by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., United States), which hosts this site: requests stay on their servers until I download them. They are the only outside party who sees them.

I keep them for as long as it takes to reply to you and, if a job comes of it, for the duration of the commission and the obligations that follow from it. If nothing comes of the meeting, I delete everything within twelve months. I do not pass them to anyone else, I do not use them to send you advertising, and I do not profile anyone.

At any time you can ask me to see, correct or delete what I hold, or to stop using it: an email is enough, and you do not have to give a reason. If you think I am getting it wrong, you can turn to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

This site uses no cookies, has no analytics and no tracking of any kind: I know nothing about who passes through. The only requests that leave the page are for the typefaces, served by Google Fonts, which in doing so sees the IP address of whoever opens the page.
